
Bircher Style Muesli

Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup Greek style yoghurt
½ cup orange or apple juice
¼ cup J. Friend and Co Honey
¼ cup lightly whipped cream
2 bananas diced
1 apple grated
2 kiwifruit diced
½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup assorted diced dried fruit, (dates, figs, apricots, raisins)
½ cup mixed nuts, roughly chopped, (walnuts, pistachio nuts, almonds)
Method
Soak the rolled oats in cold water overnight. In the morning, strain off the excess liquid. Place the oats in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to develop.
