Honey and Berry Cream
375grams assorted berry fruit
1/2 cup plain greek yoghurt
3 teaspoons J Friend and Co White Clover honey
Process the berries in a food processor, then sieve into a bowl to remove any berry seeds
Whisk in the mascarpone, yoghurt and honey until smooth and creamy. Divide the cream between 4 glasses and chill overnight or for a few hours before serving.
When ready to serve, top each cream with some remaining berries and a drizzle of honey!
