Caramel Toffee Crunchies
2 heaped tablespoons J. Friend and Co Rewarewa Honey
5 cups Rice Bubbles
1. Bring the Butter, Sugar and Honey to the boil and cook on low for 7 minutes.
2. Place Rice Bubbles in a bowl, and Pour the Honey Mixture over and combine quickly
3. Spoon into a patty paper lined muffin tray- leave until set
