Known as the iconic Kiwi Christmas tree, the Pohutukawa has become an established part of the New Zealand Christmas tradition. Unique to New Zealand, its vibrant crimson red flowers bloom from November through to January and are often referred to as 'Antipodean holly'. Our late harvest Christmas Pohutukawa honey is of outstanding quality, its floral notes are balanced perfectly by sweet butterscotch flavours and provide the perfect accompaniment to the festive season!
